Jon Turner - President
Mr. Turner is President, Partner and Head of the Erosion and Sediment Control Department of Down To Earth Environmental, Inc. Mr. Turner maintains 15 years of experience in the environmental field and is a veteran in conducting erosion control monitoring and maintenance, Phase I environmental assessments, Phase II subsurface soils investigations and underground storage tank removal, native landscape installation and coordination and proper allocation of real estate taxes on open space and natural areas. Mr. Turner is a Designated Erosion Control Inspector of Lake County (DECI) and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).

Robert Vanni - Vice President
Mr. Vanni is Vice President, Partner and Head of the Environmental Wetlands Department of Down To Earth Environmental, Inc. His experience is in wetland investigation and natural areas assessment, environmental permitting, wetland mitigation design and installation and wetland maintenance, restoration and monitoring. Mr. Vanni has participated in the resolution of over 15 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers enforcement actions and holds several certifications in the wetland field, inclusive of Certified Wetland Specialist.

Karen Kase - Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector
Ms. Kase joined our organization in 2005 after graduation from Tulane University in New Orleans with a B.S. Ecological and Environmental Biology. Currently, she focuses on erosion and sediment control inspections, installations, and planning. Ms. Kase is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), as well as a Designated Erosion Control Inspector of Lake County (DECI). Her training includes Environmental Inspector Certification, Wetland Delineation Certification, wetland plant identification and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
